2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 teaspoons tahini

Vegan Black Beans and Rice

 No-Meat Burgers-In-A-Hurry

1 pound firm tofu, mashed
1 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 onion, finely minced
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
