1 medium sized sweet Vidalia onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. vegan margarine
1/2 tsp. savoury
2 cups cooked lentils
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1    14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes with juice
