How to tell if a food is NOT real food.

• You have to peel away several layers of packaging to get to it.
• It won’t grow mold of any kind.
• It doesn’t attrack bugs.
• After a week of sitting out on the counter it still looks “fresh”.
• It has been sitting in the back of your fridge for 3 months and is still recognizable.
• It didn’t originate in the ground or on a tree.
• There are only one or two words in the ingredients list you recognize.
• It doesn’t have a “natural” colour.
• It has to have a flavour “added” so it has a taste.
• It is ready to eat in less than 5 minutes.
• All you have to do is add water and “presto”, dinner for 4.
• Mother Nature had nothing to do with it’s origins.
